Tuesday, February 24th, 20091 cup whole wheat pasta, 2 cups cauliflower and broccoli mix, 1/2 cup chopped onion, 10 medium sized shrimp, 1/2 cup spinach, avocado, PAM spray, four cloves garlic. — LIMITLESS calorie-free Italian seasoning and just a pinch of salt.
Fry the Onions and Garlic in the PAM. Add Cauliflower and broccoli until brown. Add spinach until a little dry. Add Pasta and raw avocado. Season as you like. Continue reading “Whole Wheat Pasta with Shrimp and Veggis”.
