The small, sweet green pea found in any UK supermarket.  Birds Eye and Waitrose have the same nutritional value, so I presume Tesco’s, Sainsbury’s, etc own brand would be the same.  A typical serving would be 80gm and either microwaved, steamed or boiled.  Can also be purchased with mint, but this doesn’t seem to affect the nutritional value.

For an 80gm serving, adjust the serving size to .8
