how much is in one serving consisting of 168 calories?

I assume that the “serving” mentioned here is a single mouthful. There is no way that any reasonably sized meal of Sesame Chicken is 168 Calories. A typical Chinese restaurant portion is probably between two to three “reasonable” meals, but even one third of a typical order has got to be in the neighborhood of a thousand Calories.

Wonderful blog! I found it while surfing around on Yahoo News.
Do you have any tips on how to get listed in Yahoo News?
I’ve been trying for a while but I never seem to get there! Cheers
